I believe that young people are undoubtedly represented unfairly in the media, and that the media has such a strong influence on young people that its completely unfair. "The popular media are "cool" in the eyes of most kids. If the existence and value of a group of people is not affirmed by inclusion in media information and entertainment, the message is clear—they’re not important." This proves my thought that the media has an extremely strong impact on what young people believe.
"We all know that the average house-with-teens is a war zone and we have become hardened over the years to front-line dispatches chronicling atrocities on both sides" This is just a quote I found from a site I stumbled across when I googled "Teenagers are terrible" this stereotype is ridiculous because first off how can you say a whole group of people act a certain way?
