Its perfect for the Relapse album not only because its called relapse but because it relates to Eminems drug problem. Because of his wealth and fame he wouldve also had the money to actually make up his face from pills if he wanted to. Its a creative visual to the messages in the songs.
The Relapse album represents business just on the count of his drug addiction and how it ultimately made his business boom. Because of his addiction he had more experience in something interesting to rap about. Plus the state of mind he was in while on these drugs probably gave him more ideas on how to put together this album. Eminem keeps it real and raps from experience which is one of the reasons hes still popular today. The unique ideas on his art/business helps up his career/image.
