The video is about a killer going after people on the streets and torturing them throughout the video. The video isnt intended towards anyone other than people that listen to more underground rap, not a specific group.

I think the video indirectly influences the audiance, beacause he isnt saying straigh up go kill someone, he just tells about his perspective. If he was saying go murder people it would be direct, but he isnt so it's indirect
