I feel that a lot of people really love lil wayne because hes so interesting. And people think that he has good lyrics so they like him. When he was in jail all people could talk about was "free weezy."
But a lot of people also think that he is over rated, that he is not a good rapper, and that he is too explicit with his songs. And the popo probally doesn't like him too much.
